  1. Prepare and review contracts, letters and legal documents.

  2. Give legal advice on the day-to-day legal concerns of the Company, and all operational matters of Company with legal implications.

  3. Provides legal opinion and do legal research on matters or issues relevant to the business of the Company.

  4. To be updated with the developments in laws and jurisprudence, or with current events relevant to the business of the Company, and ensure proper dissemination of important information to the Legal Department and other concerned departments of the Company.

  5. Handle court/labor cases, attend hearings and conferences in court and administrative agencies, prepare pleadings and all necessary legal documentation.

  6. Coordinate with external legal counsels retained by the Company for status monitoring of cases and prepare regular updates for the information of the Legal Department and other concerned departments.

  7. Perform such other jobs and responsibilities which may be assigned by the Legal Department Head.
