Responsibilities Legal Research: Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles in connection with day-to-day business operations of the company. Document Preparation: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents including contracts and correspondence. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the legal team, including document handling, filing, and data entry. Client Interaction: Communicate with clients and other parties as needed under the supervision of Legal Counsel. Meeting Participation: Attend meetings and take detailed notes to assist in case preparation and strategy. Corporate Compliance: Assist in the preparation and submission of documentary requirements and filing of government-mandated (SEC, BIR, LGU) compliance. Qualifications Graduate of Legal Management, Communications and Business Administration Basic understanding of legal principles and practices. Preferably with Legal Assistant experience at least less than two (2) years of experience as a Legal Assistant, ideally with knowledge in real estate law, documentation, and permit processing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
