This role supports a U.S. property-management client seeking growth in rental community contracts, leasing packages, and resident service programs.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Financial Services Sales Consultant (Closer) serves as the key connection between prospective clients and the financial solutions they need. This position focuses on converting pre-qualified leads into active client accounts through clear communication, empathy, and a consultative sales approach.

You will play an essential role in helping clients take action on financial opportunities, ensuring a smooth and transparent process from initial contact through contract closure. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (Night Shift PH Time)

ACCOUNTABLE FOR: Meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time, Remote - Independent Contractor (W8BEN)

ANTICIPATED TRAVEL: None

COMPENSATION & TERMS
  • Base Pay: USD $7/hour (~₱410 PHP/hour) ≈ USD $1,120/month (based on 40 hrs/week)
  • Commission: USD $30-$70 per closed service contract (depending on size & scope)
  • Bonuses: Monthly & quarterly incentives for exceeding targets
  • Payment: Biweekly USD payouts via EMS international payroll (Deel)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Engage with inbound and outbound leads to introduce financial service offerings and generate interest.
  • Conduct client consultations to understand financial needs, eligibility, and service fit.
  • Present solutions clearly and persuasively, ensuring transparency in costs, terms, and processes.
  • Build trust and rapport with potential clients through consultative communication and professionalism.
  • Guide clients through the agreement process to ensure a seamless and compliant close.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to maximize conversions and strengthen long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate onboarding of new clients.
  • Track all activities, leads, and client interactions accurately in CRM systems.
  • Stay current on relevant financial regulations, service offerings, and market trends.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on client concerns, objections, and areas for process improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services sales, business development, or teleconsulting.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a performance-based role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a client-centric mindset.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and follow-up discipline.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and ability to explain complex information in simple terms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms (GHL), and online communication tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients is a plus.
PERFORMANCE METRICS (KPIs)
  • Number of new service contracts closed per month.
  • Lead-to-contract conversion rate (%).
  • Average contract value or service plan size.
  • CRM update accuracy and timeliness of follow-ups.
  • Client satisfaction ratings upon onboarding.
  • Monthly and quarterly revenue performance versus target.
