HR Operations & Administration
- Assist in overseeing daily HR operations and administrative processes
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR regulations
- Support audits and prepare HR reports and documentation
Employee Lifecycle Support
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist with employee contract management and documentation
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Support performance management and appraisal processes
Payroll & Benefits Support
- Assist in payroll preparation and coordination with finance/payroll teams
- Support administration of employee benefits, leave, and attendance systems
- Ensure timely updates to compensation and benefits records
Policy & Process Improvement
- Help implement and communicate HR policies and procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve HR operational efficiency
- Support HR projects and system implementations
Team Support & Coordination
- Supervise or guide HR assistants or administrators when required
- Act as a point of contact between employees and HR management
- Support the HR Operations Manager with planning and execution of HR initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements
- Experience with HRIS, payroll, and attendance systems
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Problem-solving and process improvement mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
