Job Overview

This role involves a combination of strategic lead generation, consultative selling, client coordination, and operational support to ensure seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate is a goal-oriented sales professional with proven experience in managing high-value accounts, understanding market trends, and delivering exceptional client experiences from initial engagement to post-booking support.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)

Sales & Business Development

  • Actively source and engage potential leads through outbound calls, emails, networking and events
  • Conduct client presentations and product/service walkthroughs to prospective clients .
  • Prepare and send sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain an updated sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Assist in achievements and competitors gather market monthly sales targets and KPis set by the management. data to support strategic planning

Booking & Client Coordination

  • Manage and respond to client booking inquiries promptly via calls, emails, and digital platforms.
  • Coordinate scheduling of client appointments, site visits, and bookings with internal teams
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all client interactions, bookings, and transactions.
  • Handle after-sales service and assist in client feedback collection.

Operations Support

  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services post-booking
  • Monitor ongoing bookings to ensure client satisfaction and timely executon.
  • Support process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in real estate, coworking, flexible workspace, or property solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage C-level and key decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms and sales tracking tools.
