Telesales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development (Telesales) Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, qualifying leads, and closing sales. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential clients through outbound calls
• Make 150 phone calls daily to prospective clients and explain business concepts.
• Generate leads daily.
• Send minimum 10 qualified information packs to clients daily. Compile the client details and send to Sales Director daily.
• Handle rejections and continue calls with resilience.
• Meet and exceed sales targets for conferences.
• Engage in cold calling and achieve high sales performance.
• Achieve monthly KPI
• Learn to qualify leads and close exciting sales deals

Requirements:

• College degree (minimum).
• Strong telephone etiquette and computer skills.
• Resilience, deal-closing skills, and experience in cold calling.
• Fresh grads are welcome; at least 1 year of telesales experience is a plus.
• Self-starter with a "can-do" attitude
