About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the talented team at B HOTEL QUEZON CITY as a Purchasing Assistant. In this full-time role, you will be based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, and play a crucial role in supporting the procurement and inventory management functions for the company.
What you'll be doing

Assist in the procurement of goods and services required for the business operations

Manage inventory levels and identify opportunities to optimise stock

Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records of all transactions

Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues
-
Support the preparation of reports on purchasing activity and inventory status

Provide administrative support to the procurement team as required
What we're looking for

Proven experience in a purchasing or inventory management role, ideally within the Hotel industry

Strong numerical skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with suppliers

Proficient in using procurement and inventory management software
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
-
Relevant qualifications in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or a related field
