Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Location: Onsite (based on client needs)  Ortigas, Pasig City

Type: Full-time

Summary:

We're looking for a ServiceNow Developer to design and build scalable solutions across ITSM, GRC, ITAM, and CSM modules. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to automate processes, build portals, and integrate systems using ServiceNow best practices.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, GRC, ITAM, and CSM

  • Build and customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts

  • Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Flow Designer

  • Lead portal builds, migrations, and automation projects

  • Translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow configurations

  • Manage deployments, instance migrations, and environment setup

  • Mentor junior developers and promote coding best practices

  • Support client workshops, documentation, and post-launch adoption

What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience

  • Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide Script, HTML)

  • Experience with custom apps, third-party integrations, and automation

  • Solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, etc.)

  • Proven success in full-cycle ServiceNow implementations

  • ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification preferred

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
