Communication & Client Service Experience

  • Strong communication and client service experience
  • Fully understand each assigned client's technology: network, systems, and security, and serve as the team's expert
  • Take ownership of after-hours tasks such as server, workstation, and system restarts, maintenance, and upgrades
  • Conduct environment audits and alignment tasks based on standards, ensuring minimal disruption and enhanced client relationships

TECH STACK YOU'LL USE

Backup Technologies (Essential)

  • Experience with Datto BCDR, Veeam, and ShadowProtect — monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting backup systems

Server Environments (Essential)

  • Server administration: monitoring alerts, managing users, and patching as needed
  • Network troubleshooting: DNS, basic network functions, and firewall management
  • VMware: connecting to servers, checking VM status, and performing basic troubleshooting
  • Remote management tools (e.g., iLO, iDRAC)

Networking Systems (Preferred)

  • Sophos Firewalls: monitoring device status and identifying issues before escalation
  • Network troubleshooting: diagnosing and resolving basic network issues prior to escalation
