About the role

We are seeking a skilled Billing Review Associate to join our dynamic team at Golden Century Marketing. This full-time position is based in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental and will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing review processes.

What you'll be doing

  1. Reviewing and validating payroll billing of partner manpower agency for accuracy and completeness
  2. Liaising with internal departments and partner manpower agency to resolve billing discrepancies
  3. Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all billing-related activities
  4. Providing support and guidance to the accounting teams on billing-related matters
  5. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing streamlined procedures
  6. Assisting with the analysis as needed

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a billing or accounting support role, preferably in the Administration & Office Support industry
  2. Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  5. A commitment to delivering high-quality work
