Job Summary:

A Merchandising Assistant supports the merchandising team in planning, buying, and managing product assortments to maximize sales and profitability. This role involves administrative tasks, data analysis, vendor communication, and coordination with internal teams to ensure efficient inventory management and product presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product & Inventory Management:

  2. Assist in selecting and sourcing products based on market trends and sales data.

  3. Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock replenishment.

  4. Track product performance and provide sales reports.

  5. Vendor & Supplier Coordination:

  6. Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, pricing, and delivery timelines.

  7. Assist in negotiating terms and contracts with vendors.

  8. Ensure timely receipt of goods and resolve supply chain issues.

  9. Sales & Market Analysis:

  10. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

  11. Prepare reports on product performance, pricing, and competitor activities.

  12. Support the merchandising team in making data-driven decisions.

  13. Administrative Support:

  14. Maintain product catalogs, price lists, and purchase orders.

  15. Assist with merchandising presentations and store layouts.

  16. Organize and update merchandising documents and records.

  17. Visual Merchandising & Marketing Support:

  18. Assist in setting up in-store and online product displays.

  19. Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional efforts with merchandising strategies.
  20. Ensure products are presented in a way that attracts customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, fashion, or a related field
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Highly fashionable, Updated with current fashion trends, analytical, excellent buying and negotiating skills
  • Willing to work at Del Monte Quezon City
  • Can start immediately.
  • Can work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php21,000.00 per month
