Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive
HR Generalist
to join our growing team. This role will handle key areas of human resources management including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and compliance with Philippine labor laws. If you are a people person with strong organizational skills and a passion for building a positive work environment, we want you.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns
  • Support and promote employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist in the implementation of HR programs and employee feedback surveys

HR Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with DOLE requirements
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Assist in handling disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans

Compensation & Benefits

  • Process payroll inputs and liaise with payroll providers
  • Assist with government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
  • Help manage company benefits such as health insurance and leave policies

Reporting & Documentation

  • Generate HR reports as needed (headcount, attrition, leave tracking)
  • Support audits and documentation requests
