Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a People Development Associate/Coordinator located in Binãn. The People Development Associate/Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing people development programs and initiatives. This includes conducting research, analyzing data, fundraising, and fostering effective communication within the organization. The role involves working closely with team members to promote a supportive and collaborative work environment.

  • Experience in Fundraising
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
