The Customer Care Associate (CCA) plays a vital role in providing exceptional patient support and customer service in a U.S. healthcare BPO environment. The position is primarily responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, assisting patients with billing inquiries, account balances, insurance concerns, and payment processing, while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and company standards.
The CCA acts as the bridge between patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers — ensuring that every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy. The role also involves maintaining detailed documentation of all communications, ensuring confidentiality, and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the Medical Billing Department.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php23, Php25,500.00 per month
