You will be reporting into our newly established Integrated Shared Services entity in the Philippines, with a 100% onsite work arrangement at our BGC, Philippines office.

About the Role

We're seeking a strategic and delivery-focused Senior Manager, Intelligent Automation to support the implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions within our Shared Services operations. This role is instrumental in driving automation excellence, ensuring operational stability, and enabling scalable digital transformation across business processes.

You will be supporting a team responsible for OCR template lifecycle management, incident resolution, and stakeholder engagement, while also contributing to broader automation initiatives. This is a high-impact role that requires strong technical acumen, leadership capability, and a passion for innovation.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Support the end-to-end implementation and governance of OCR templates within the IDP platform
  • Oversee documentation, testing, and validation of automation solutions to ensure quality and compliance
  • Manage first-level incident resolution and ensure timely communication with stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support automation-related projects across functions
  • Ensure compatibility and performance during IDP platform upgrades and version changes
  • Maintain robust access controls and ensure secure document processing
  • Ensure all template changes are properly approved and aligned with CCEP governance standards
  • Collaborate with developers, business teams, and Shared Services leadership to deliver automation outcomes
  • Monitor and report on automation performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Champion CCEP's digital transformation agenda through scalable and sustainable automation practices

About You

  • Strong understanding of Blue Prism and digital employee technologies
  • Solid experience with IDP platforms and OCR template configuration
  • Proven success in leading process improvement and automation implementation projects
  • Demonstrated ability to manage technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent documentation, troubleshooting, and incident management skills
  • Familiarity with automation tools, data conversion workflows, and digital transformation strategies
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, governance, and approval frameworks in a corporate setting
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with global stakeholders
  • Ideally degree-qualified with certifications in automation, IT, or process management
