Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Calamba for a Farm Operations Supervisor at a multi-tier tunnel-ventilated layer farm and egg warehouse. The Farm Operations Supervisor will oversee daily farm operations, including monitoring animal health, managing farm personnel, maintaining equipment, and ensuring product quality. The role also involves managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and adhering to regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising farm operations and managing personnel
• Knowledge of poultry health management and biosecurity measures
• Skills in inventory management and logistics coordination
• Strong understanding of equipment maintenance and farm safety protocols
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Calamba
• Background in agriculture or related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field
