  • Provide supervision for the Engineering Projects Team.
  • Engineering or technical requirements – preparation of accurate drawings and data gathered from architects, consultants and project managers.
  • Prepare the department budget and control the expenses within the budget.
  • Train and develop his men by conducting training and productivity improvement programs to Engineers and personnel for the upliftment of their technical know-how.
  • Represent the company in meetings, gatherings or functions in organizations wherein the company is a member, concerned or involved in.
  • Perform engineering-related tasks that may be required to be able to carry out hisfunctions properly.
  • Assist the Building Manager in conducting regular preventive and scheduled maintenance work.
  • Conduct and carry out specific inspection, troubleshooting guide and checking of completed maintenance and repair works.
  • Supervise technicians on duty, follow up job requests and coordinate with clients on the scheduled maintenance work within their premises.
  • Reviews project plans.
  • Prepares project reports (daily, weekly and monthly report).
  • Reports revisions, modifications and deviations of work against approved plan.
  • Maintains work quality standards by following work methodologies.
  • Performs actual project monitoring and inspections.
  • Coordinates daily activities with the client's representative.
  • Conducts test and or visual inspection on condition of goods upon arrival of shipment.
  • Follows instructions of Engineering/Technical Service Manager in performing service repair, installation, troubleshooting, etc. for service job order assigned.
  • Performs job assignment for check-up/maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installation and commissioning.
  • Keeps the Engineering/Technical Service Managers and office always informed of the status and development of the service being performed.
  • Maintains cleanliness and good working condition of allocated/issued units of test equipment, tools, monitors respective battery life and orderliness of the workshop.
