Math and Algebra Cover Teacher (Maternity Leave Substitute)

Location: 2300 Pedro Gil Street, corner Medel Street, Sta. Ana, Manila

Duration: December 2025 – March 2026

Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary (Maternity Leave Replacement)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Math and Algebra Cover Teacher to join our team from December to March as a substitute for a faculty member on maternity leave. The successful candidate will handle Grade School Math and Algebra classes following the provided learning plans and curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Grade School Math and Algebra in alignment with existing lesson plans and pacing guides.
  • Maintain an engaging and structured learning environment that supports students' academic growth.
  • Monitor, record, and assess student progress throughout the term.
  • Coordinate with the Level Program Coordinator to ensure continuity and quality of instruction.
  • Participate in school routines and collaborate with other teachers to maintain a positive school culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field (required).
  • Professional Teacher's License (LET Passer) preferred.
  • Prior experience teaching Grade School Math or Algebra is an advantage.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Responsible, reliable, and adaptable to an existing teaching framework.

Contract Details:

  • Start Date: December 2025
  • End Date: March 2026
  • Work Setup: Full load, on-site
  • Compensation: Based on experience and qualifications
