About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC' in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a CSR, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, handling a variety of inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. This is a full-time position, offering opportunities for growth and professional development within our company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Resolving customer complaints and concerns while adhering to company policies and procedures
  3. Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and providing feedback to the team
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  6. Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
  2. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software
  5. Familiarity with the call centre and customer service industry
  6. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a customer service or call centre role
