What You'll Be Doing:

Customer Service & Experience

  • Greet every customer with warmth and professionalism
  • Offer product recommendations based on needs, occasions, or gift goals
  • Help ensure each customer leaves feeling confident in their purchase

Sales Contribution

  • Support daily sales goals with product knowledge and strong communication
  • Stay updated on promotions and featured collections

Store Operations

  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and restocking standards
  • Assist with inventory, backroom tasks, and in-store merchandising

Team Support

  • Coordinate with your team to deliver smooth and seamless customer experiences
  • Participate in regular training sessions to grow your knowledge and skills

What We're Looking For:

  • Friendly, confident, and service-oriented
  • Comfortable speaking with customers and offering honest recommendations
  • Sales-driven with a strong sense of responsibility and pride in your work
  • Willing to work mall hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Minimum: High School Graduate or Vocational Course Completer
  • Experience in retail or lifestyle products is a plus—but we welcome beginners with the right attitude
