Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman / Maintenance Staff to join our hotel team. This role is responsible for performing a wide range of repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks to ensure the hotel property is kept in excellent condition, safe, and fully functional for both guests and staff. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, general repair skills, and a commitment to high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and exterior spaces.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical, genset, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general wear and tear.
  • Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests.
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working order.
  • Support in setting up furniture, fixtures, or event-related setups and breakdowns.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including fire safety systems and emergency protocols.
  • Keep maintenance logs and report issues or completed tasks to the Maintenance Manager.
  • Coordinate with external contractors when needed for specialized repairs or installations and preventive maintenance system.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in maintenance areas and workshops.
  • Provide on-call support during evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
  • Standby-operator during function events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php13, Php22,000.00 per month
