Job description:

Angcore Motor Company is seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanic/Technician to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty vehicles and machinery. The ideal candidate is a Davao City resident, can start immediately, and possesses NC II or higher TESDA certifications, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in the maintenance and repair of construction equipment, agricultural machinery, or heavy-duty vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various heavy equipment such as backhoes, excavators, bulldozers, loaders, forklifts, and other industrial vehicles.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance (PMS), oil changes, brake adjustments, hydraulic and electrical system checks.
  • Conduct pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and safety checks before equipment deployment.
  • Use diagnostic tools and technical manuals to perform accurate fault detection.
  • Perform welding and fabrication when required.
  • Document all repairs, maintenance activities, and parts usage.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workshop area; follow company and government safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with the service manager and other team members regarding job status and parts needed.
  • Assist in field servicing or on-site repairs when required.
