Head Project Manager – Iloilo Construction Project

Iloilo, Philippines

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Head Project Manager
to lead the full-cycle development and construction of our major Iloilo project. This role oversees planning, execution, coordination of contractors and consultants, budget management, and on-site operations to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the overall construction project from planning to turnover.
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and government agencies.
  • Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, cost forecasts, and procurement schedules.
  • Assess and approve construction plans, technical drawings, and changes/variations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting to senior management.
  • Manage risk assessments, compliance, and project documentation.
  • Ensure all regulatory permits, clearances, and inspections are completed on time.
  • Lead the project team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Resolve site issues, contractor concerns, and technical problems promptly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Licensed Engineer/Architect preferred.
  • Minimum
    8–12 years
    construction project management experience, including leadership roles.
  • Strong background in mid to large-scale building projects (resort, commercial, residential, mixed-use, or universities).
  • Excellent knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling and construction standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
