The primary role involves the planning, leadership, organization, control, and monitoring of all branch operations and staff. Furthermore, a significant focus will be on generating and maintaining a balanced and profitable portfolio for the branch. Ensuring strict compliance with the company's operating guidelines, process controls, and procedures, as well as all governmental requirements, is also paramount. Finally, regular and comprehensive reporting to management on the results of operations will be required to facilitate informed decision-making.
