General

• Responsible for monitoring operators and equipment in a specific area to ensure efficient operations and safety compliance.
• Ensure that the implementation of activities for every project is aligned with the integrated management system of the company (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO

Equipment and Personnel Deployment, and Project Implementation

• Regularly monitor the operators and activities in the project sites, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and an efficient manner.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationship with the client and the project team.
• Monitor and keep track of the activities in the project sites and ensure that all concerns of the operators are properly reported and addressed to meet client requirements and expectations
• Actively communicate daily updates to the Operations Supervisor and Area Supervisor regarding the activities in the project sites.
• Ensure daily communication with operators/drivers in the project sites under his assigned areas every before start and after completion of day-to-day activities to get updates on the status of equipment and operations and to remind them of the required basic maintenance or inspection of equipment.
• Proactive communication with operators/drivers in getting updates for every occurrence of incident in the project site.
• Ensure that details of incident are properly and timely relayed to the Safety Officer for proper investigation.
• Actively report to the Mechanical Engineer or Maintenance Supervisor any equipment issues or concerns in the project sites.
• Ensure that all required forms to be accomplished by the operator/driver are available and sufficient at all times in the project site.
• Ensure that the operators and/or drivers conform and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure that the operators and/or drivers follow the protocols implemented by the client in the project site.
• Conduct site visit regularly with Safety Officer and ensure that all project sites are visited every week.
• Ensure that proper controls or measures are implemented in the project site to secure equipment, parts, and other company assets in order to prevent theft, misuse, and unauthorized use.
• Collect and validate the accuracy of the details in the Equipment Time Cards of the operators.
• Submit all Equipment Time Cards to the Billing Assistant for recording.
• Ensure that the operators and/or drivers submit a photo of the Equipment Inspection Checklist to the Warehouse and Inventory Control Officer every end of the week.
• Ensure that Equipment Dispatch Return Checklist for both project/site entry and exit is accomplished during mobilization and demobilization activities.
• Collect all Equipment Inspection Checklists accomplished by the operator every end of the month and submit to the Warehouse and Inventory Control Officer.
• Propose solutions to the Operations Supervisor and HR Supervisor regarding manpower needs (e.g., transfer of operator from one site to another, etc.)
• Coordinate with HR Department for any alleged violation of the operator/driver on company policies and regulations.
• Facilitate the schedule of trade test of applicants for operator/driver in coordination with HR Supervisor and Safety Officer.

Other Tasks

• Provide insights and suggestions in the improvement of Operations and Deployment procedures, forms, and guidelines.
• Communicate effectively and openly to the management (Executive Director, Operations Supervisor, Area Supervisor, Area Manager) all concerns or issues pertaining to the assigned duties and responsibilities, and scope of work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
