Key Responsibilities

  • Develop accurate and detailed 3D models using Revit (core requirement), AutoCAD, or SketchUp
  • Translate design intent into coordinated models for architectural, structural, and MEPFS disciplines
  • Ensure alignment with BIM Execution Plans, industry standards, and project specifications
  • Perform clash detection, coordinate with project teams, and prepare construction documentation
  • Support the design and engineering team in resolving modeling conflicts and ensuring project accuracy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Technical Drafting, or a related field
  • Proficient in Revit; knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and SketchUp is an advantage
  • 1–2 years relevant experience in BIM modeling or design coordination
  • Strong understanding of drafting/modeling standards and construction workflows
