Paglalarawan ng Trabaho

Ang Electrician ay responsable sa pagpapanatili, pag-troubleshoot, at pagsuporta sa maaasahang operasyon ng mga sistemang elektrikal sa planta at sa mga itinalagang project site ng kumpanya.

Mga Tungkulin at Responsibilidad

1. Mga Gawaing Elektrikal sa Planta

  • Pag-install, pag-terminate, at pag-commission ng mga kable, conduit, cable tray, junction box, panel, ilaw, outlet, at grounding/bonding.
  • Pagpapatakbo, pagpapanatili, at pag-troubleshoot ng MCCs, switchboard, breakers, contactors, relays, VFD/soft starters, PLC I/O (basic signal checking), at mga protection devices.
  • Pagsasagawa ng Preventive Maintenance (PM) tulad ng:
  • Paghihigpit at paglilinis
  • Insulation resistance testing
  • Functional checks at thermal/IR scans (kung mayroon)
  • Pagbasa at pag-update ng electrical drawings (SLD, schematic, as-built) at malinaw na pagmarka ng mga pagbabago.
  • Pakikipag-ugnayan sa production team, utilities, at mga vendor para sa planadong shutdown at pagkukumpuni.
  • Pagpapanatili ng kumpletong dokumentasyon tulad ng test results, work order closure, at redline drawings.

2. Assignment sa Mga Site (Handang Ma-deploy)

  • Pagbibiyahe sa iba't ibang project sites ng kumpanya kung kinakailangan.
  • Pagbibigay ng remote o on-site support sa mga start-up, outage, at project installation.
  • Araw-araw na pag-uulat ng status sa home plant at sa itinalagang site supervisor.

3. Pag-ayos at Pagkukumpuni ng mga Motor at Kagamitan

  • Pag-diagnose ng electrical faults (continuity, insulation resistance, phase balance, winding resistance, earth fault, capacitor/diode/rectifier checks).
  • Pagsasagawa ng basic mechanical checks tulad ng coupling alignment, pulley/belt inspection, bearings, at fan/guard condition.
  • Pag-aayos at maintenance ng:
  • AC/DC motors (megger testing, terminal re-termination, contactor/overload checks, VFD parameter verification, thermal trips)
  • Overhead crane/hoist (controls, limit switches, pendant/radio, motors, brakes, festoons, power rails, interlocks)
  • Welding machines (power section, rectifier/IGBT, leads, cooling system, calibration at basic output checks)
  • Pagsasagawa ng verification runs at load tests (kung ligtas), at return-to-service sign-off kasama ang production team.

4. Pag-uulat

  • Pagsusumite ng Lingguhang Maintenance Report sa Electrical/Auxiliary Engineer na naglalaman ng:
  • Status ng kagamitan (Running / Standby / Under Repair)
  • Downtime incidents at pangunahing isyu
  • PM/CM work orders (opened/closed), pending tasks, at ETA
  • Root cause analysis para sa paulit-ulit na sira at mga rekomendasyong solusyon
  • Mga nagamit at kailangang spare parts (kasama ang specs at dami)

Kwalipikasyon

  • Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II (required o preferred)
  • May karanasan sa plant o industrial electrical works ay bentahe
  • Handa sa field work at site deployment
  • Marunong makipag-coordinate at gumawa ng maayos na ulat
