Management Trainee

Foster Foods Inc. is one of the largest poultry producer in the country. We are looking for additional team members to join our team.

What we need:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• Industry Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, 1-2 years' experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage
• Key Qualities: Highly analytical and innovative, knowledgeable in Productivity Improvement Tools, Problem-Solving Skills. People Management Skills
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.

What you'll do:

Planning:

· Ensure manpower allocation are utilized to meet production requirements and operational goals.

Leading:

· Communicate key information to stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of operation and coordination across departments.

· Lead, motivate, and train manpower to achieve quality performance and deliver production requirements.

Organizing:

· Oversee, assess, and adjust manpower and resource allocation to meet operational requirements and maintain smooth production processes.

Controlling:

· Conduct motion and time studies to establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and performance benchmarks.

· Monitor daily operations to identify deviations, and promptly address issues to maintain consistent product quality and efficiency.

· Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to avoid recurring problems and maintain operational performance.

• Ensure standard operating procedures and customer specifications are consistently met.
• Responsible for upholding food safety standards all the time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
