About the role

Join the talented team at Southern Arms Corporation' as a Recruitment Officer. In this full-time position based in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental, you will play a key role in the company's recruitment and talent acquisition efforts, helping to identify and secure top talent for a variety of roles across the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and providing feedback
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pool through networking, job boards, social media and other recruitment channels
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
  • Coordinate the application and interview process, including scheduling meetings and preparing relevant materials
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics and KPIs
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years' experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, ideally within an agency setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related software
  • A genuine passion for connecting people with the right opportunities
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline is highly regarded
