Job Overview

KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a creative and versatile Web and Graphic Designer to support branding and lead generation efforts across multiple platforms. This role requires a strong background in B2B marketing, social media content creation, and video/photo editing, as well as experience designing web, email, and campaign assets. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and up to date with the latest trends in design and AI-powered creative tools.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and produce social media content for platforms including LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and more
  • Edit and produce short-form videos and visual assets for digital marketing campaigns
  • Create wireframes and mockups for landing pages, ads, and other campaign assets
  • Use generative AI tools to enhance design workflows and accelerate asset development
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to support B2B campaign initiatives
  • Support the design of responsive email templates and other digital campaign materials
  • Stay current with industry trends in social media, design, and creative AI tools to optimize output

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing design with a strong visual portfolio
  • Demonstrated ability to create wireframes and mockups for landing pages or campaigns
  • Experience producing high-quality social media graphics and edited videos
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), and Canva
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar
  • Proficient in using email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp and etc)
