  • Contribute to the development of innovative AI-driven products and solutions for both internal and client-facing projects.
  • Work on Conversational AI, Speech Technologies, Voicebots, Image & Video Processing, and Automation depending on area of expertise.
  • Build and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs), chatbots, and NLP/NLU systems using frameworks such as Hugging Face and LangChain.
  • Implement speech technologies and voicebots using engines like Whisper, ElevenLabs, Google Cloud Speech, or Azure Cognitive Services.
  • Apply computer vision and deep learning tools (e.g., OpenCV, MediaPipe, TensorFlow, PyTorch, YOLO) to tasks like OCR, classification, detection, video analytics, and generative AI.
  • Develop automation solutions using Python, RPA tools (e.g., UiPath), and integrate ML models into pipelines and microservices.

Required Experience

  • Strong background in at least one AI domain: NLP, speech technologies, computer vision, or automation.
  • Experience with AI/ML development frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or related tools.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or related field.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, model deployment, and API/system integration.

A Successful Candidate Must Have

  • Prompt engineering skills to optimize interactions with LLMs.
  • Understanding of best practices in model monitoring, scaling, CI/CD, and performance optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Proficient With

  • Programming in Python and using deep learning/computer vision frameworks.
  • Chatbot platforms (e.g., Rasa, Dialogflow), voicebot integrations (e.g., Twilio, Vonage), and speech processing models.

Experience Advantage

  • Prior work with LLMs, speech engines, or AI-driven automation tools.
  • Experience in both research and applied AI projects.
