JOB OVERVIEW:

The Sales Collection Officer is responsible for ensuring timely collection of sales from the store / branch (Metropole, WeClean).

This role involves managing sales receivable and ensure deposit the sales transaction and skills to efficiently perform tasks.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Collection:

  • Collect cash sales transaction payments.
  • Deposit all the cash sales transaction designated banks.
  • Maintain accurate records of all collections and payments received.
  • Ensure proper reports / documentation for all transactions.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Document all sales collection activities and communications with Managers / Head of Operations.
  • Update records with sales transaction histories for reconciliation of discrepancies.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory guidelines in all financial transactions.
  • Ensure that all sales transaction payments collection comply with company standards and applicable laws.

Working Conditions:

  • Schedule: Full-time, with the possibility of extended hours during peak seasons or to meet deadlines.
  • Environment: Field - based with store visits to collect the sales transaction to facilitate payment collection.
  • Travel: Collection Sales Officer is required, provided motorcycle by the company.

Requirements:

· With Personal motorcycle and Driver Licensed

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

· Proven experience in a sales or collections role, preferably within the laundry or service industry.

Job Type: Full-time

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay
