About the role

As a full-time Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, supporting the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and analysing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Ensuring timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions
  • Reconciling bank accounts and managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Assisting with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
  • Maintaining and improving internal controls and accounting policies
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting standards

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and under tight deadlines
