  • Canvassing of equipments to foreign suppliers.
  • In charge of procuring major components and spare parts necessary for industrial refrigeration plants.
  • Coordinate with Engineering Dept. regarding the specification and other details of equipments/materials being ordered.
  • Prepare the P.O. and submit to Logistic Supervisor for review and approved by the authorized signatory.
  • Follow-up status of approved P.O. with the concerned supplier and its required/expected delivery.
  • Transacts business with customs broker and Bureau of Customs regarding release of shipment.
  • In-charge in the preparation of Summary of Importations and month-end to be submitted to Accounting Dept.
  • In-charge of import documentation.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse regarding delivery and countercheck delivered equipments/materials against P.O.
  • Sources reliable customs brokers and forwarders.11Perform other related function that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
