Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the company's Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs across production, logistics, and support operations.
  • Conduct and oversee regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify

potential hazards and ensure corrective measures are implemented.

  • Develop and conduct safety training programs, toolbox meetings, emergency drills, and employee orientations to promote a culture of safety awareness.
  • Prepare and submit mandatory safety reports such as Annual Medical Reports, WEM, and OSH compliance documentation to relevant agencies.
  • Collaborate with the Plant Manager, HR, and EHS Committee in developing policies that align with ISO Occupational Health & Safety Management) and ISO Environmental Management).

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or any related technical field.
  • Must be a DOLE-accredited Safety Officer III with relevant BWC training certificates.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in occupational health and safety, preferably in food, beverage, or manufacturing industries.
  • Willing to travel to different plant or site locations as required by operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
