The supervisor leads the daily Food & Beverage outlet operations including overall quality, service and service staff performance of the designated outlet or outlets. The Supervisor will work daily with the staff to ensure Guest Satisfaction in the outlet by training, coaching, developing and delegating of task to all staff.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Assessing guests' needs and preferences.
  2. Oversee outlet operations including food and beverage promotions, customer service and inventories.
  3. Assist with stock management, inventory control and other related supplies.
  4. Work collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage team to support the overall operations.
  5. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback under the supervision of Restaurant Manager.
  6. Monitor the performance of outlet service staff. Supervision duties include; delegating responsibilities, scheduling, coaching and correcting, evaluating, interviewing, training and mentoring of staff.
  7. Maintain Restaurant inventory, cleanliness, food rotation and menu consistency
  8. Maintain policies and procedures. Adhere to HACCP, OSHA and alcoholic beverage commission guidelines
  9. Provide assistance to the F&B Management in all menu preparations, kitchen rules, service standards, cleanliness and inventory controls for F&B
  10. Assist in the execution of the strategic plan including forecasting, budget management, profit and loss accountability, cost control and inventories
  11. Ensure proper maintenance, cleaning and operation of the outlet and service equipment
  12. Maintain and demonstrate strong knowledge of food and beverage trends within the hospitality industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or its equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the Hotel Industry/Restaurants is required for this position.
  • Excellent leadership, planning and organizing skills.
  • Team spirit, with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Flexibility to work in early morning or late night shifts.
  • Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time.
