Key Responsibilities:

  • Willing to work on AIRBNB SETTINGS
  • Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.
  • Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare work schedules and duty rosters to ensure adequate staffing.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain standards.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain housekeeping inventory and requisition supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a hotel/condo/airbnb settings.
  • Strong leadership and people-handling skills.
  • Experience in preparing staff schedules and managing workloads efficiently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
  • Must be able to attend interviews in Paranaque City.
  • Can start as soon as possible.
