About the role:

Join the team at YONDU INC.' as a Senior Business Analyst. In this full-time role based in Taguig City Metro Manila, you will play a key strategic role in driving the company's technology initiatives and aligning business requirements with IT solutions. As an experienced Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and translate business needs into technical specifications.

What you'll be doing:

  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand organizational objectives and challenges
  • Conduct in-depth business analysis to capture requirements and document current state processes
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
  • Develop feasibility studies, process improvements, and system enhancement proposals
  • Work with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of technology solutions
  • Create detailed documentation, including user stories, wireframes, and test plans
  • Facilitate workshops and presentations to present analysis and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Provide ongoing support and continuous process improvement

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Information & Communication Technology industry
  • Proven track record of translating business requirements into technology solutions
  • Proficient in business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience working in an Agile environment is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
