Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Taguig Metro Manila, Philippines

Employment Type: 6 months contract - 5x full onsite

Overview

We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst with at least 8 years of experience in business analysis, process optimization, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate has worked in banking, utilities, or enterprise IT environments and is comfortable navigating both agile and traditional project delivery models. This role requires strong documentation skills, leadership in UAT, and the ability to drive change across business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering and documentation for functional and non-functional needs
  • Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies
  • Support change management and digitization initiatives
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement across business units and IT teams
  • Oversee user acceptance testing and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Prepare clear and structured documentation including CURs, UAT scripts, manuals, and memos
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver process improvements and system enhancements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis and project delivery
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and traditional project methodologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven experience in documentation and testing leadership

  • JIRA, Visio, Lucidchart
  • Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, ERP systems
  • Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate
  • Core banking platforms such as Appian and Fiserv
