We are seeking a
Japanese Bilingual Consultant
with strong functional expertise in
SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO/PP/SD/MM/PM)
and
business-level proficiency in Japanese and English
. The ideal candidate will drive client workshops, gather requirements, perform solution design, and lead implementations across SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate
    design workshops
    ,
    requirement gathering
    ,
    configuration
    ,
    testing
    ,
    UAT
    , and
    Go-Live
    activities.
  • Handle
    end-to-end RFPs
    , providing solutions for client challenges across SAP landscapes.
  • Perform
    FIT-GAP analysis
    and propose process improvements based on best practices.
  • Advise clients on
    S/4HANA-led transformations
    , supporting roadmaps, value assessments, and business case creation.
  • Act as a
    bilingual bridge
    between client and project teams to ensure smooth communication and understanding.
  • Support
    business development initiatives
    , proposals, and solution planning.
  • Provide
    training and post-Go-Live support
    to client teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5–9 years of experience as an
    SAP Functional Consultant
    (FI/CO/PP/SD/MM/PM).
  • Deep understanding of
    S/4HANA capabilities
    and integration points.
  • Experience with
    Vertex Tax Engine
    is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to work independently and lead teams.
  • Strong
    analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
    .
  • Business-level fluency in
    Japanese (reading & speaking)
    and
    English
    .
