About the Role

We are seeking a
Japanese Bilingual SAP Functional Consultant
to join our dynamic team delivering
large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations
for global clients. You'll work at the intersection of
business, technology, and language
, helping organizations drive innovation while bridging cultural and communication gaps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or support
    end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations
    — from design and configuration to Go-Live and post-support.
  • Conduct
    requirement gathering, solution design, gap analysis, and testing
    across SAP modules (FI/CO/PP/SD/MM/PM).
  • Provide
    client advisory on S/4HANA-led transformations
    and drive business process improvements.
  • Participate in
    design workshops
    , prepare RFP responses, and collaborate on business development proposals.
  • Deliver
    bilingual client engagement
    , leveraging Japanese and English proficiency to enable seamless communication.
  • Support
    value assessment, business case creation, and process re-engineering
    initiatives.
  • Create and present
    thought leadership content
    (whitepapers, presentations) on High-Tech industry trends.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–9 years' experience as an
    SAP Functional Consultant
    (any core module: FI/CO/PP/SD/MM/PM).
  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English
    (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage teams, drive workshops, and handle complex project cycles.
  • Experience with
    Vertex tax engine
    (preferred for FI consultants).
