Job Summary:

One Nadela Medical Group is looking for a dedicated and highly organized Online Patient Engagement and Admin Staff to join our growing team. This role is fully remote and involves managing patient communication, coordinating appointments, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure a seamless virtual healthcare experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries via online platforms (chat, email, social media, etc.)
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments through digital systems
  • Assist with teleconsult coordination and follow-up processes
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks remotely
  • Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth patient service delivery
  • Uphold confidentiality and data privacy standards at all times

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a similar role (preferably in healthcare)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in using online communication tools and productivity platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements:

  • Personal computer or laptop
  • Stable internet connection (at least 10 Mbps)
  • Headset with microphone for clear virtual communication
  • Quiet and professional remote work environment

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday to Saturday (Work-from-Home)
