The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations is a strategic leader responsible for the design, execution, and continuous improvement of our global talent acquisition processes. This role will own the operational infrastructure of our recruitment function, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and a world-class experience for candidates and hiring managers. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage a portfolio of talent programs, and serve as the primary liaison with key business partners to embed operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Program Ownership: Design, launch, and manage high-impact global talent programs, including the employee referral program, university recruiting, and internal mobility framework. Establish clear metrics and reporting to track the success and ROI of these initiatives.

  • Process Excellence & Scalability: Lead the end-to-end optimization of our global hiring process. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and prepare the TA function for significant growth.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with HR business partners, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure our operational processes are seamlessly integrated and compliant. Act as the primary TA operations subject matter expert for large-scale company initiatives.

  • Vendor & Budget Management: Strategically manage a portfolio of talent acquisition vendors, negotiating contracts and evaluating performance to ensure maximum value. Own the TA operational budget, forecasting and tracking spend to ensure fiscal responsibility.

  • Candidate Experience: Champion a proactive and data-driven approach to enhancing the candidate and hiring manager experience. Implement feedback loops and leverage insights to continuously refine our hiring journey and build our employer brand.

  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and professional growth.
