This role will own the operational infrastructure of our recruitment function, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and a world-class experience for candidates and hiring managers. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage a portfolio of talent programs, and serve as the primary liaison with key business partners to embed operational excellence across the organization.******Key Responsibilities:***** ****Strategic Program Ownership:** Design, launch, and manage high-impact global talent programs, including the employee referral program, university recruiting, and internal mobility framework. Establish clear metrics and reporting to track the success and ROI of these initiatives.*** ****Process Excellence & Scalability:** Lead the end-to-end optimization of our global hiring process. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and prepare the TA function for significant growth.*** ****Cross-Functional Leadership:** Partner with HR business partners, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure our operational processes are seamlessly integrated and compliant. Act as the primary TA operations subject matter expert for large-scale company initiatives.*** ****Vendor & Budget Management:** Strategically manage a portfolio of talent acquisition vendors, negotiating contracts and evaluating performance to ensure maximum value.
