Admin Assistant

Qualifications:
- Graduate of any degree program (or has finished certification courses only)
- With Admin experience is preferred
- Has good verbal and written communication skills
- Is proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and can multitask
- Can work under minimum supervision
- Willing to work overtime if needed
Responsibilities:
- Provides clerical support, including scanning and copying documents
- Organizes both physical and electronic office files
- Manages office supplies and handles various admin tasks
- Does data entry in databases/systems and spreadsheets
- Answers calls and assists suppliers/customers with their inquiries
- Prepares emails, memos, and reports
- Helps maintain an organized and clean work environment
- Performs bank duties as needed
Office Location:
- Makati City (will share full details in the interview schedule)
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (9 AM to 6 PM)
Salary:
- Starting salary of 17k + OT and complete gov't benefits, but is subject to increase upon regularization (depending on work performance)
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
