About the Role:

We are hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant with a strong background in Accounting or Finance. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage general office administration while supporting financial documentation and coordination. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day ​to ​day operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily administrative and clerical tasks
  • Prepare, organize, and manage office and financial documents
  • Assist in scheduling, meetings, and basic reporting
  • Encode data, maintain records, and support filing systems
  • Communicate and coordinate with HR and operations teams
  • Utilize accounting tools and software (e.g., QuickBooks)
  • Support financial tracking, documentation, and basic analysis

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Management, Financial Management, Office Administration, or BSBA
  • With experience or extensive experience in general office administration ​
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and accounting tools like QuickBooks
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable
  • Can work independently and collaborate with teams
  • Willing to work onsite (office-based setup in Malolos)
  • Available to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Fast learner, especially with digital tools or computer systems
