The General Manager is responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial performance of all resort and hospitality properties under the group. This role ensures world-class guest experiences while preserving Las Casas' heritage, artistry, and cultural identity. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader capable of driving business growth, maintaining brand integrity, and fostering a culture of excellence across all areas of operation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Formulate and execute comprehensive business strategies aligned with the group's vision, mission, and long-term goals.
  2. Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans across all properties.
  3. Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple properties, ensuring consistent quality standards in guest services, accommodations, food and beverage, recreation, and maintenance.
  4. Implement and monitor compliance with brand, safety, and environmental standards.
  5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
  6. Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial performance targets.
  7. Review financial reports and key performance indicators to ensure sustainable revenue growth and effective cost management.
  8. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue-generating initiatives.
  9. Uphold Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar's identity as a premier heritage and luxury destination.
  10. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to strengthen brand positioning and visibility in both local and international markets.
  11. Support the development of campaigns, events, and collaborations that promote the resort's cultural and historical significance.

    12.Ensure the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction across all touchpoints.
  12. Oversee implementation of guest feedback mechanisms and ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
  13. Champion service innovation and continuous enhancement of the guest experience.

    15.Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and management teams to achieve organizational objectives.
  14. Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
  15. Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, and training strategies to ensure a highly capable and motivated workforce.

    18.Maintain positive relationships with owners, investors, local government units, tourism agencies, and community stakeholders.
  16. Ensure that the resort's operations support cultural preservation, environmental sustainability, and local community engagement.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  2. Minimum of 10–15 years of senior management experience in luxury resorts, hotels, or integrated hospitality operations.
  3. Proven success in managing multi-property or large-scale resort operations.
  4. Strong financial acumen, strategic foresight, and operational expertise.
  5. Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  6. Deep appreciation for heritage preservation, culture, and sustainable tourism practices.
