SEO Content Writer

We're looking for a dynamic SEO Content Writer / Junior Integrated Marketing Specialist to join our growing team at RH-Studio You will be key to driving organic search rankings, creating high-impact content, and supporting broader digital marketing initiatives.

We're seeking someone sharp, organized, and eager to learn the full spectrum of integrated marketing.

• Work schedule: 40 hours per week, late shift (2-11 PM), in-office only (no WFH available)
• Location: RH-Studio: JDN Square, Mandaue City
• Salary: PHP 25k/month

DUTIES:

Primary Focus: SEO and Content

• Strategize, write, edit, and publish long-form SEO-optimized content (primarily website blog posts and website copy), leveraging Generative AI tools for efficiency.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings continuously.
• Create compelling, SEO-optimized copy for paid ads and organic social media content.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics and contribute to data-driven optimization efforts across digital platforms.

Secondary Focus: Integrated Marketing Support

• Assist in conceptualizing and strategizing on improving website design, marketing funnels, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Social Media / Content Lead to assist in generating ideas, planning, and scheduling content for social media platforms.
• Help plan, write, and publish professional content for the CEO's LinkedIn profile.
• Assist in content creation by designing and producing paid and organic content assets (graphics, reels, carousels) alongside the Graphic Designer/Branding Lead.
• Maintain and organize file management for all marketing materials.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Willingness to work full-time in our Mandaue office during our late shift (2:00 - 11:00 PM).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in marketing research, content writing, and/or SEO.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English with strong research and analytical skills
• Some understanding of SEO best practices and keyword optimization principles.
• Effective time management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and proficiency with Generative AI tools, WordPress, and Google Suite.
• Basic or proficient experience with Canva or other graphic design tools, or some experience in video editing (e.g., CapCut).
• Demonstrates curiosity, growth, and a collaborative mindset, and initiative to take creative ownership and support the marketing team.
• A graduate with a degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or a similar field is a plus, but not required.

BONUS SKILLS (A strong plus, not mandatory):

(Knowing any of these skills is preferred, but it is not required; it will be a major plus. You may mention or specify in your CV or include in your portfolio.

• Experience with Social Media Optimization (SMO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) techniques.
• Knowledge of analytics and SEO tools.
• A basic understanding or willingness to explore other facets of marketing (e.g., email marketing, paid ads, website funnel design or web development).

You will collaborate closely with our senior marketing specialists (Social Media and Content Lead and Branding and Graphic Design Lead) and report directly to our Sales and Integrated Marketing Manager.
