Relevant Experience

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.

● Experience in conducting cultural assessments and competency evaluations is highly preferred

Description of Responsibilities & Accountabilities

1. Compliance Auditing & Monitoring

● Assist in planning and executing compliance audits under the supervision of the Legal

Compliance Manager and Associate.

● Support in reviewing internal processes and documentation to ensure adherence to

company policies and regulatory requirements.

● Help identify compliance risks and prepare audit findings and reports.

● Maintain proper documentation of audit results and follow-up actions.

2. Policy & Procedure Review

● Assist in the review and updating of company policies, procedures, and guidelines to align

with legal standards.

● Help ensure that compliance frameworks and internal controls are properly implemented.

● Support the creation of awareness materials or communication on compliance updates.

3. Data Collection & Reporting

● Compile audit data, summaries, and compliance tracking reports.

● Support the preparation of reports and presentations for management review.

● Help monitor corrective actions and ensure timely resolution of compliance issues.

4. Collaboration & Coordination

● Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments during audits and compliance checks.

● Support the Legal Compliance Associate in implementing compliance initiatives across

departments.

● Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of audit

processes.

Skills Requirements

● Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with employees at all levels.

● Ability to assess data, identify patterns, and provide insights for improvement.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office and/or Google Suite.
