The company provides merchants, portfolio, and biller partners with real-time electronic reconciliation, web-based reporting, and system management. ECPay operates more than 490,000 over-the-counter and 3000+ digital payment touchpoint channels nationwide, supported by a team of over 200 dedicated employees.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Internal Auditor. The role is located in Quezon City, with some work-from-home options available. The Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting financial audits, preparing audit reports, and analyzing financial data. They will also assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and compliance with regulations. Effective communication with stakeholders to present findings and recommendations will be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

  • Assess areas for compliance with relevant laws and evaluating how effective business units have been at implementing its controls into practices
  • Establish and implement a Risk Management Policy
  • Review internal controls, policies and procedures for effectiveness
  • Periodic review and audit of all department policies, procedures and processes and ensure that these are updated and implemented
  • Assess performance of external vendors and suppliers and ensure that accreditation process is followed
  • Liase with external auditor for audit related findings
  • Communicate audit findings to management and all concerned on a timely basis
  • 5+ years of work experience as an internal auditor
